DEBT COLLECTORS

Three years ago, I received a certificate from work that Ethan Sladz had to recoup interest on my salary. Accounts blocked. When I turned to him, they could not show me and explain TO WHOM AND WHAT I owe! But demanded to pay off the debt who at the time was 400ls over. I don't pay because I don't think it's right to pay someone who can't show me what I have to pay for. There was peace and quiet. Now I know that the letter has arrived at work again. As far as I know the laws, they do not have the right to inform 3 persons. How is the truth? And can anyone now send me to work without explaining to me what I owe and I'll pay so much?
