Poor service
I switched from Optus to Oceancom (as if to a faster internet speed). Internet unstable, TV modem inconvenient. I decided to give up Oceancom services. I called the indicated phone number, the employee recorded my wish and informed that within 5 days the master will contact me to remove the equipment. I called, tried to persuade me to continue cooperation and we agreed to use it until the end of the month, because the bill has been paid. At the end of the month call again and now it turns out that the contract states that the disconnection of the service must be notified in writing and one month in advance. And the equipment must be sent to Oceancom. I went to the customer service center on Maskavas Street. The employee kindly gave me a sheet of paper, watched me fill in the free-form application and informed me,that I can now mail this letter to an office across the street, but customers are not accepted. And the equipment must also be sent by post and she sees in the system that I have been told. Now I have to wait for the mail to deliver and the final invoice for the service I am not using. Strange office with poor quality of service and strong disrespect for the customer.
