Asus Laptop
Hello, I would like to report my unpleasant experience with the online store 1a. Sh. g. On September 9, I bought a laptop in the ASUS online store 1a. I pay for the product on the spot, in cash at office 1a. There was no problem with the order - I ordered, I picked up the same day. Taking the computer to a certified IT specialist, it turned out that the computer is not designed for Windows 7 but ONLY for Windows 8. When I bought the computer there was no such information anywhere. I bought a computer specifically with a DOS operating system to be able to install Windows7. When calling 1a, the guy kindly explained that yes, they have such a problem with many computers, but there is no need to give a warranty for repairs. New computer, never used again - warranty must be given for repair! To the questionhow long could this warranty repair here, the guy indifferently answers, a couple of weeks. Shocked by such a system and the indifference that prevails in company 1a, I hurriedly went to office 1a to return the computer and get the money back, because 14 days had not yet passed. Arriving at office 1a in front of an indifferent face, declaring that I do not have such an opportunity, because the computer was purchased on the properties. Well there was no other way out than to give the computer a warranty for repairs for a FEW WEEKS. I am currently waiting for a response from the CRPC as to whether buying the product on the company's properties loses the right to return the product within 14 days. without a computer! I made the decision to buy a computer at 1a.info, because the small experience of relatives and friends was positive, but now I understand that these were just a few success stories. I am very sorry for my decision to buy a computer directly from 1a.info
