In Colorado, any left over LEAP monies in your account or monies that Black Hills receives on your behalf, is supposed to come back to the customer…BUT THEY ARE HOLDING $495.14 OF MY MONEY AND WON’T SEND IT TO ME…WE HAVE NO OPTIONS HERE SO I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR ILLEGAL WAYS.
I just wanted to pay my bill of $27.95 because there was an issue with the BH website. Why would I want to pay a $1000 fee? User’s recommendation: Don’t call to pay your bill.
