Poor service

Turns off the Internet completely without warning on Sunday night. When calling a 24-hour phone, it is suddenly announced that internet services are limited and there is debt. HOW TO? If paid every month. And when asked why there were no announcements either by e-mail or sms, all the dispatcher said was that some mystical announcement was sent in October. And my. Oceancom.org had no invoice either. SIMPLE WHAT IS IT FOR SERVICE?
