Shoe quality and exchange / money back
A week ago I bought shoes from Aleksandra & Co store, for 40 dollars. Put on 2 times, and the inside of the soles paradise holes. I went to the store and asked to return the money or exchange the goods, but the store manager Viktors Podalako came to me explaining that I HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL WAY and I am to blame, and that it has happened as a result of natural wear and tear. The money is not so great, but I do not need these shoes now, I want to return my money and everything, but not to waste my nerves and time for 40 dollars. A very dishonest, stingy company that SELLS LOW QUALITY FOOTWEAR AND FIND STUPID ARGUMENTS TO JUST NOT RETURN MONEY. THE DRIEST SHOP I've BEEN!
