I received a 1st time free delivery but i am being charged

I received an free delivery on my first order and I put my order in but I decided too change it after going to checkout, but then after completing the, it said I can only use it once. I never used it the first time.

1.5 hours later

This is a joke. Took forever with no recourse. No one responded in customer service. Half the ice in the drink was melted and my hot sub was at best like warm. Got to the point I assumed no one was going to pick it up and ordered elsewhere

Food was cold would like a refund!

Ordered food from firehouse sub on June 11th at 4:45 pm I would just like a refund for the food if possible as it arrived cold ! And bag was not sealed !

I never received my order.

I’m so sick and tired of bitesquad never bringing my food and not answering me And then they leave you on hold and never come back. User’s recommendation: You would be better off going with door dash.
