i purchased 2020 software and paid for installing it. i had a chat with a operator who turned it over to another an operator named Ovidiu Lapuste His idea for taking care of the problem was to send me to bit central for how to load bit defender 2020. HE SHOULD BE FIRED
Installs unwanted and unnecessary browser extenstions withOUT your permission. Blocks many legitimate web pages unless you turn off half the ‘security’ features. Constantly annoys you about buying other features. And don’t even think about giving them a credit card #, or you will get charged MAX renewal price (even if you’ve turned OFF auto-renewal!), and good luck...

I purchased Premium VPN from this company @$39.99 on January 12, 2020. Up to date, the service has not been provided. I reported and I have received a couple of email informing me that they are working on the problem. But they collect the money immediately.
