Blackmail money for unknown services
I was hired by a car leasing Rent / mogo. The agreement stipulates that I can return after six months if I do not want to continue. At the time of transfer, the deed was drawn up in one copy. Defects were found in the suspected gearbox and possibly in the running gear. I am now receiving an invoice for troubleshooting in 1700. I didn't see any machines, no defect acts on repairs, no self repair topics. Threatens with court and credit reform. I don't have that money to pay right away. Everything should be understood, maybe it was necessary to repair it, because the car was not new, but why are the repairs not shown.? They can of course write anything!As much as you can and most importantly you can't prove anything or complain.
