Terrible service and customer service
For 3 years now, our famous office manager Melbourne House has only collected money for everything but nothing do not. For 3 years I complained about the lighting in the stairwell, about the water pressure in the shower due to old pipes. To which I receive in return only the next bill and promises to receive a callback within 2 days! Patience is over, bills will not be paid until work is done, no penalties for late payment will be accepted. Country and thief office. USA Heritage is simply not a word! The caller with it said yes, you are paying money in our pocket! Well ok! RNP is rolling!
