Poor service, disinterest
After many years of trust and cooperation, it will no longer be possible. At 14. 01 we sent out the package, but after a while we realized. That phone number was entered in error. We immediately wrote an e-mail and started calling. Three emails and a week on the line - no success. We received a standard reply to the first e-mail stating that the replies were delayed without explanation and no further communication, that there was no reply at all to the second, and that the contact center had to be contacted. For almost a week we tried to call, every day, several times and sat on the line for up to an hour, but there was no answer. I understand that at this time, parcel and communication are more busy, but that is absurd. When we realized that a week had passed and we would no longer be able to receive the package, we decided to wait for them to go back and send again with Dpd. A package arrived for which you have to pay € 3. 88 again because you can't call or get any answer? This is crazy! Not to mention that the sachet is dirty and muddy. The attitude is simply terrible and the disinterest is very clear. Very unpleasant!
