Issue is with BigO in Madison Indiana. Took vehicle to get tune up, they found other things. Needless to say, my bill went from a tune up to over 7 hundred dollars. Then less than a year same thing happen. I would appreciate you giving attention to this matter.

Took my vehicle in to get breaks and Roters replaced. Roters and breaks were not replaced but I paid for it all to be done.
I don’t know if it was an incorrect number or what, but I was on hold for almost 2 hours. There’s no point in having a contact number or customer service line. I tried 3 different numbers.I User’s recommendation: I wouldn’t waste your time calling or even trying to get help from this company.
