Fraud, incorrect attitude
Online store 110.shop sh. G.12. And on December 13, two orders were placed (9945710, 9950276) with courier delivery home, unfortunately only part of the ordered goods were delivered within two days, the courier claimed that everything was returned, but four items for more than 60 dollars are missing. I am a vip customer of the store and I shop there regularly, but this time I am humiliated, because the store either gives the same answer to repeated requests, that it is clarified, or requests some photos that are completely illogical, because how can you take a picture of what not delivered. Refunds are unwilling and apparently tricked by thieves in their warehouse or at the courier service of their choice, as the store's system must show what has been delivered and what has been delivered.Nowhere does anyone sign for delivery anymore. Do I have to allow this hissing now and put up with the loss of funds? This is not a contentious issue, so the store must take responsibility and reimburse for undelivered goods! I encourage others to consider shopping at this store, as I have had a pretty good opinion of this store so far.
