The counselors do not care about the clients. The customer service is very rude and demeaning. The customer support line is an answering service. They took my money then assigned me to a counselor who already had a full case load. They sign correspondence for their employees without their consent or knowledge and this creates an environment where there is questionable security surrounding the app/chat/video conferencing between client and provider.
