Floods
The county should focus more on dealing with flood issues. Under the influence of this wet summer, there has not really been a shore. The HPP in Livani is definitely to blame. During these years, the flow of the river has become slow, sludge is accumulating, the banks are overgrown, thus the adjacent areas are overflowing. Economically valuable grasslands drown out due to moisture, and are replaced by meadowsweet and sedges.
