Very poor service
I bought a laptop at this store three years ago. The store also offered to buy a 'servis pluss' warranty, which would extend the manufacturer's warranty to 5 years in total. I wanted to put the SSD disk in the computer, I took it to an authorized service, where a motherboard defect was found. After nearly 3 months of repair, the computer was returned to an even worse condition than before, after which the hard drive was replaced. I took the computer to the service again to insert the SSD, where the motherboard was found to be defective again. It's been almost 5 months and I haven't received my computer yet.
