I do not recommend going to work for this company, because it is not said or you have been hired at all. Employees are invited to the interview by the manager of a particular store, then they call, they say that you have been accepted, then they leave as if to study for the store for 3 hours. Says that you will have to travel to Melbourne to sign a contract, pulls the time, says that you have to travel on a specific date, then 2 weeks. Finally, the day comes when you have to go to Melbourne to sign the contract. The office arrives, the head of the staff, who speaks Australian badly, is waiting and all the documents have been drawn up with an error. It is said that there will be management soon, but you will read various instructions. We are waiting for 2. 5 hours of driving, it should be noted that we drove 90 km to Melbourne especially at 14. 00 and the end of the parking lot must be paid 10 dollars. After almost 3 hours of waiting for the management, I go to the interrogation again, although I already knew that I had accepted the job. The foreign language owners, who speak english badly, admitted that I have an identity card and not a passport, and insisted that, in principle, only a passport is a document, and for half an hour I tried to convince them otherwise. I had put my CV in foreign language for 7, I was told that it was bad and I probably didn't understand anything in foreign language, although I understood everything they asked me to do. Already before the head of the personnel department had to sign a pile of documents, as well as a contract of employment. I was told that the payment was minimal for the responsibility they demanded and there was no bonus at all. I tried to convince them otherwise for half an hour. I also didn't get the contract on hand because there were mistakes and said that the contract was brought to the inventory store. It also did not say a specific date when there would be inventory, said the call. So I waited another 5 days... I know nothing. For this job, I refused several job offers, lost time and money because no one sees the need as an answer. Petrovi doesn't even apologize that they had to wait almost 3 hours, so they got on top with questions, even those that shouldn't be asked... whether to give birth to children as many as now, or not to go for a decree, as well as asking about previous jobs. I came across something like that for the first time and I'm glad I won't have to work there, then I already work better as a dishwasher for the same salary. Don't go there to work because management sees you as a slave who can come to mind.
