UNprofessional and ANTI-customer oriented!!

I moved from Brandon several months ago. I called Bell MTS to finalize my last rate payment before I moved, woman said it was all done. Internet was cut off and I paid my final bill before I moved. No access to email needed for important business meetings on Zoom When you pay for high speed internet you expect delivery. Is the Corporation going to refund us or find a way to resume service? The only other option is another server altogether
