lost in court

I was in an unenviable situation - there was no money to pay the lender for a while. The case was handed over to Paus Konsults. Interest was screwed. The case was brought to court. I decided to go to a lawyer and pay 300 dollars for it. Result - Paus Konsults lost in court and was released from interest, contractual penalties, in the total amount of 3000 Ls. I advise anyone with credit problems to consult lawyers and not pay anything to debt collectors!
