Hello, since Sunday, January 17, 2021, Meldru Street 6, Ballarat hot water, only high water flows (icy high!), the master came and said, for the first time there is a frozen hot water tap all over the house, the basement is icy high. How do people live now? How much longer do I have to sit without hot water? Why does the house manager do nothing if the situation repeats itself every year?
