I order on Friday july 12th and my order hasnt been processed. And its supposed to be sameday ready to go. Its now OCtober 1 and still not processed and i leave tomorrow for my vacation. I called to cancel and you wont cancel or refund. Con artists.
There is no phone number that works for them. I’ve looked on every web site and even called an actual store. I ordered something back in une that cost me $3000 and I never received it. This company is run by thieves.

I am so upset that the clip broke and hit my eye. Why would this Company sell such a defective product, with so many complaints with the clip breaking. Bedwettin Store should pull this product ASAP. I returned the alarm to tem and spoke to the owner, It is 2 months and still no refund. Con Artists.
In June I ordered a malem bedwetting alarm by mistake. Minutes later I emailed back and told them. They sent me a letter saying on June 25 they refunded $3000. Till this day I have not received a refund. Now they have blocked my emails. And the one that I did receive is a piece of junk.
