As a logical explanation could be that gas is added to the cutting of meters - it spins, money comes,but NO heat transfer! It has also been observed with gas containers that an LG employee (she is the only one allowed to enter there) stays in the container for about half an hour when she takes the meter readings - What is she doing there?!
