While there was no direct contact with the owner Regina, but the school was run by a great principal evita and deputy principal inita, the microclimate was nice and the additional responsibilities did not cause any problems. Unfortunately, both the director and the deputy left the job in the middle of the school year, unable to endure the owner's psyche. The owner also tried to slander the deceased colleagues and tell about the imaginary psychological damage they had suffered. Compliance with the law is also not a priority in this institution and a staff member may be dismissed by telephone during his leave,because the owner so desires. Also, the accounting is well organized and there is not even a need to pay all the vacation money when you leave work. The owner has indifferent employees, believes that you belong to her, because she pays you a salary. I do not recommend working there, although the salary seems a bit higher than in a public school, the duties and working hours are much higher, I often had to replace my colleagues without extra pay, stay after work and working in the toilet on a working day was impossible because the owner's claim was all the time to be with children, clean the class, because the cleaner only washed the floor. It could go on forever, but I hope the idea for this institution came a little.
