I ordered the item (order no. 1524320) on September 10th. I'm still waiting for that. When calling the store, they say that I have received the product (although it is easy to check, because the product must be received at the parcel terminal, for which an SMS is sent, I have not received it). So I call the store, I am told that I will find out and call back immediately (of course no one is going to call me back) and so on several times. Yesterday I called again, I am even told that the product has been handed over to the courier today (October 21), but with further clarification and immediate call back (of course not called back again). Also, the e-mail is not answered, although it is advertised that the answer is given within 1-2 working days. The product should have been received on September 19, but today is October 22. Dear buyers, never prepay, I fool, I did it. Indeed, this store, is engaged in fraud.
