No refunds
Be careful! AZ Electronics sells replicas of Apple accessories and openly disregards the 14-day product / money back procedure. Not only do they ignore applications for termination of a distance contract and a refund, but they also seem to deliberately delay the deadlines set by law and create obstacles to refunds. Unfortunately, I used to be a loyal customer, now - after talks with customer consultants and rude attitude, I throw a bend for this store (and also for the e-store). Incredibly disappointing.
