I noticed the trip to New Zealand offered on the Internet: from 22. 09. 18 -2 day trip to Anykshchiai-Sidnay-Trakai with the opportunity to visit the most colorful light and fireworks show in Sidnay in all Oceanian States (X International fireworks festival)! € 50. 00 x 1 pc. Total: 50,00 €. I registered at the beginning of their portal and paid. Payment received on 11. 08. 2020 Pl. 08: 41. August 28 pl. 19-53 I received a call from Pty. Nacional Travel, where they said and then wrote the following e-mail: I called and wrote that I did not agree to spend the night in a room with a stranger,so I offer to find a way to solve this bad situation or return 50EUR. As a result, my account was blocked on their portal, none of the listed phones answered my phone calls. Unfortunately, no travel info was received! The coupon was sent on 25. 09. 2020. Pty. NACIONAL TRAVEL, cheated me 50 AU$ for a trip I didn't go to at all!. Ok, 50 AU$ is not much, but it is the money I earned to throw it away! I travel a lot around the world and thank God this trip was here and cheap. My losses could have been much greater if I had chosen to travel through this agency to Croatia or Italy, etc. So, if you want to ruin your nice vacation, then you can safely go with them! A DAMAGED MOOD WILL BE ENSURED FOR A LONG TIME AFTER THE TRIP! HAVE YOU SUCCESSFUL TO FIND A NORMAL TRAVEL AGENCY AND YOUR DREAMS WILL MEET!
