Unfortunately, for the first time you have to face something like this from this movie theater. Today, visiting the movie "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two" in the 1st audience, session time 11:15 I had a very unpleasant experience. There was a break at the end of the movie during which I lost about 5-10 minutes of the movie, not counting the time I had to wait for the movie to run again. I didn't see a pretty important part of the movie (where the main character defeats his biggest opponent). While watching the film, I went straight to the administration, where it was announced and I will quote, "Were those 30 seconds so important to you?" A total of 7 people fought for their rights. The administrator did not want to give any compensation, because it was not their fault, but the power outage. And they can't issue any free tickets. In the end, however, as a consolation or compensation, we got a free ticket with the opportunity to attend the already mentioned film again. And on the ticket was written - a compensation movie card, where Harry Potter was handwritten. So I wonder why this case could not be resolved immediately by issuing a compensation movie card when people asked for one and did not want to go to Harry Potter again. So they have compensation, but why do they refuse to give it in a situation where a poor service has been provided. I've paid for the film all along, not intermittently. I was not very satisfied with the attitude of the employee, I tried to avoid giving any compensation. I am not a man who would argue or tease, because everything can be resolved peacefully,if both sides are open to compromise, in this situation, unfortunately, it was not. As one of the people said very well, "It's like watching the movie Titanic and not seeing a ship sink. " This is a sought after and remarkable cinema which is visited by a lot of people, the only thing we ask for is quality service and a welcoming attitude. Next time I will evaluate whether to really visit this cinema. Sincerely, Linda.
