Poor service
I had a bad experience at AuMobile. 1. The company transferred the number (with the tariff plan Freedom) to me from the 1st date. 2. On the 9th day in the Customer Center, I signed an agreement on the transition to the "My mini" tariff plan . 3. On the same day (date 9) I switched to O Card. 4. After a couple of days I switched to xMobile 5. On the tenth day AuMobile sends me an invoice with the amount over 54 AUD... AND YOU KNOW WHY? 6. So until the 9th day, knowing that I use the "Freedom" tariff and do not pay for call minutes, I use it freely, but when concluding a contract for a more expensive tariff plan (My Mini) "WANT" to pay previously spoken minutes for a more expensive tariff plan? It follows the logic of AuMobile... Obviously it is a revenge for switching to BITI, otherwise it cannot be explained.
