poor service

I bought Asics running shoes at the Elkor Plaza store, after six months a hole in the heel wore from the inside. Elkor service after 3 weeks of meditation gives me an explanation that the wrong size of shoes has been chosen!? very interesting, how could you run in the wrong size shoes? In addition, the Elkor seller for a whole 30 min. helped me choose the right size and model that would fit exactly my leg. I will not leave my money in the Elkor store anymore and I do not recommend others to do the same. The price of the shoes was 180 CAD, if anything. "Great" service and a really terrible attitude.
