Lost Baggage

2. In September, I took a flight to Columbus-Atlanta-Paris-Riga (flight BT0694) in the USA. Upon receiving luggage at Melbourne Airport, I found that my luggage is half closed and there is a warning about luggage inspection from tsa - transport security agency. It was found that the sony srs xb 41 bluetooth speaker was missing from the luggage. I received the following answer.
