Poor service and attitude
I pick up little McWrap, who was poorly made (folded messy, there was no sauce at all, the chicken was split in half) with fingers). I came to the cash register, asked to redo or make a new one, because it is definitely not something that the ordinary cashier told me that everything is fine, it must be. Seeing that a woman in another suit came back with the food (I decided she was the manager), she said that she was not going to change anything, because it should be. I thanked for the good appetite for me, I said that this Wraps I do not need what the same woman told me to eat well. Unfortunately, I saw that the same snack was put together and given to another buyer. When I arrived later, I was asked to ask for my surname, but the manager-Maxim Malishev came, who said that it was too late to solve this problem (you can't make a new one or return the money) and I can only leave a complaint. Hopefully, this problem will be solved and the future of a rude woman will change attitudes towards clients or change the place of work to where she will not have to serve people.
