poor service
When you enter the store, it feels as if I have entered a museum - neither talking nor offering, you don't even look, then the question, is it an exhibition or a trade show? It was hard for the girl to move to the bed I wanted to buy. I wouldn't have liked the bed without looking back, because the customer service is very poor. When I buy a bed, it turns out that I have to stretch down the stairs myself. How can you make a furniture store on the second floor and not offer to bring the furniture down. Disgustingly, when I said I didn't have anyone who could take the bed, but the seller's bolus eyes and considered it my problem, though, downstairs stood a supplier of goods (could see that for this store). It's unfortunate that customers have a shitty attitude.
