Store manager attitude and "EXCELLENT" customer service

I bought a chest of drawers "Buffet Shelton smok" "Alandeko" store "Spicehome" 19.09. 2020. When purchasing chests of drawers the seller offered delivery at the beginning of the week, in the middle or at the end of the week, I replied that we can put on Tuesday, the seller wrote in the delivery form the delivery date 22.09.2020. which is tuesday. This day suits me as a buyer and suppliers can also choose any time. On the day of delivery, which was Tuesday, around 17 realized that something was wrong. I called the store to clarify and understand what was going on. One of the stores in charge of deliveries told me that: 1) the date of delivery certainly cannot be 22.09.2020. Because delivery by dpd courier is 3-5 working days. To which I replied that I do not know and am not aware of such delivery terms. To which I was told that the seller had informed me of what was frozen (lie). I ordered this guy from the Alandeko store spice employee to look at the delivery form, which is the date of delivery, to which he replied that 22.09.2020., but the girl recorded it, because I told her to record it. Which is absolutely and funny (lies). 2) but this is the smallest detail, this is what the Alandeko guy told me, because there is an even bigger problem, which is that this chest of drawers I bought is not available at all. Isn't It Beautiful? Which I didn't really have anything to say and we ended the conversation. 9/22/2020 9/23/2020, expecting a call from the manager of the Alandeko "Spicehome" store that there is a solution and offering me to bring such a chest of drawers, it is a long story where they got, but is. The case has been received from the warehouse, but the legs of the chests of drawers will be screwed from the exposition (at least some solution). That is already a positive thing. But still informing me that since they 23.09.2020. The issues of the chest of drawers have been resolved, will be delivered within 4-5 working days, which will be from 19.09.2020. Purchase days within 8 working days. But that's still a trifle. The driver rebuked me and made me feel like I was a liar! How did she do it? She told me that the girl had written on the delivery form on 22.09.2020. It is not said that it will be delivered, it can even be up to 5 working days and that is that I have talked to the seller and she says that I have been told about the number of days, which is (lies). She hadn't told me anything like that in the first place and what the store manager didn't really want to hear and told me over that she had looked at the cameras and had seen that the saleswoman had told me that! To which I reacted quite sharply, that I had not heard such butter for a long time, and that I should finally be on top. I said that I was ready to go to the store and stand face to face with the manager and the salesman and let me tell you that. To which he reacted that it was not necessary. I also said that I really want to see the video where it can be seen or heard, because I know that 100% of me is right and I don't have to lie and kindly say that I am lying. I had never experienced such butter in a long time. But I decided this time to write to complaints. I am very disappointed with the quality of Alandeko's service. If you (the buyers) have important nerves, do not shop directly at this store. Alandeko (in the shopping center "Mols") has a completely different attitude, service and delivery. Good luck to us.
