Poor service
Terrible attitude. I called to clarify the details of the trip, because there has already been a very unpleasant communication with this company. Nothing has changed, instead of answering questions about the trip in essence, a terribly naughty creature expressed his dissatisfaction with how I would dare to ask something if I already have doubts about something so as not to ride with them. I've traveled a lot on a variety of trips with many companies, but that's just the attitude of Nacional Travel.
