Sent used product
I ordered a vacuum cleaner Vileda Relax from 110.shop. When opening the package, I found that the product was used. Appearance was ugly, the package was damaged. When they received the product back with my refusal application, a 110.shop employee called and claimed that I was returning an already used product. I tried to explain that I had received one, but she claimed the same thing that I was guilty and I could come take my product back. I had a CRPC explained everything, Ptac on my side. I wait 14 days if the money is not returned, I will consider Ptac's application so that the law found out what and what is happening there.Be careful!
