Fraud, poor service
I've never written bad reviews, but this neat is top customer fraud and shamelessness. I bought a filter for them for 180 USD Aquaphor Dwm 101s (Osmo Morion M), when I arrived at the house I immediately started to connect him to the tap, and as it turns out it is impossible to connect him to the tap, because the set does not have the necessary transition. I immediately contacted this store and asked to solve this problem, and the kind voice of the renaming girl immediately changed to rude and said that this is my problem, I then asked to return this filter to them back that I have such a right because I bought her in the online store but she said I had no such right and she would not take anything back from me. Be careful and especially with this young girl salesman, she is kind only as long as you get a "nephew" product. You will need to contact the Consumer Protection Office.
