Very low quality mattresses. After 7 months of use, the springs deform and the mattress loses any of its functional properties. Unfortunately, the company's management does not solve the problems and it is not possible to even contact them by phone, email or otherwise quickly in an acceptable way. Sellers offer to write a letter or send a claim by mail. Aybildes will also be provided in the mail! Sorry, I'm a respectable person myself, but I'm not late for post in Soviet times and I don't deal with things like that. The impression is that the customer quickly pushes a low-quality product and then has to deal with it himself. Never buy Ossov.
