I bought expensive gold earrings at the jewelry store Jahonts, which broke 2x in 3 months. I bring them to the service for repair, repaired without any problems, but when the third time broke, I brought it back and asked to return the money. The money is not given back, but instead a gift card is issued in their stores (so you can buy next time). After a month I bought it in the same store and what I see is my earrings on sale at full price! Good luck to the next buyer! Sad!
