Don't care about the little brothers

Yes, here we are! Riga City Council, in these hot days, does not take care of anyone, including the little brothers pigeons, who are thirsty and who have to drink now from the puddles of car conditioners left in the parking lot. Somehow RD should think about and organize the watering of pigeons. Also sparrows, but they need less.
