extortion and fraud
I have been a Telstra customer for many years, but I am no longer and do not recommend to others. I pay the bills as soon as I receive them. I'm reading a PLATIN client: D (the Telstra operator told me that doesn't mean anything). However, when I received the invoice for October 2020, I was in a state of shock! Suddenly, a debt of almost 130 dollars appeared. I called to find out what was going on while submitting these articles. OK, I wrote the application and received an answer that it takes time to answer. I look forward to 2 weeks-than. The article again, however, proves where the debt-answer comes from: it takes time... The most interesting thing is that the service, despite the "DEBT", I received for 5 months. I only pay for what I spend every month, the debt on the invoice does not disappear and I use the service so much. Cool. However, after intense repeated prayers to clarify the situation, I was turned off with an ultimatum that the debt should be paid. Finally, I personally drove myself to Mukusalas Street to finally solve something. URRA! I received a letter in an e-mail stating that in 1998 I had not paid any bill for a telephone number, that I had been sued and that there was a debt that had to be paid urgently. I get another shock. I am writing these to send me a signed contract for this tel. no. and also the court decision... A week later I receive a letter: "We explain that Pty. Telstra has no claims against you due to the above connection. We apologize to you for the inconvenience. Telstra will do everything to prevent such accidents from happening again!" SUPER!Finally, I personally drove myself to Mukusalas Street to finally solve something. URRA! I don't think I'm the only one from whom Pty. Telstra is trying to defraud money in this way. Be careful, ask for proof! Simona
