Terrorist

I don't understand how to act! My family's 3 phones for half a year or more don't worry about debt collectors (for foreign debts). I have repeatedly explained the situation when there is no claim against my family- to put us at ease. At the moment, as if everything is understood, it does not take a week and terrorization begins again. Maybe someone can advise you to take action or complain? Maybe the police should write the application?
