Poor service, fraud

Why the ad text for an ad promoting xMobile rates has changed without warning. At first it was "or watch a cat video" and now it is "or chatter with friends". I'm sorry, but I'm used to the first version, so I have to feel the consequences of this non-professionalism now. I don't like to rearrange my whole life because of such poor service. Very disappointing.
