Rowing machine has not worked since purchase 9/30/2020. Still has not been fixed. Quality of machine and customer sevice ils non existant.

The repair man ordered parts, the first time took 4 months after the second part came he has not come yet, after many calls and text messages. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from this company.
