Poor service
McDonald's "Alpha". Employees who are promoted, but there is no point in it, because the beige only determines the status at the wall and not the true value of the position. If employees do not know how to work and do not know the rules and standards, why should others suffer? As a result of such employees, colleagues lose trust on the part of management, as all attention is paid to those above office. And why doesn't anyone notice? Except for those who in principle are not observed in their workplace. McDonalds wants to provide a high level of customer service in the area of fast food, but how can this be done if people don't care about guests at all. And employees want to serve guests faster than quickly, correctly and attentively.
