There are several issues with receiving a shipment. The customer is not informed when the shipment has arrived. Asking employees is claimed, the system shows when everything is done as it should be and the customer is informed in the form of sms, both to the mailbox which was not actually done. There is no SMS and the mailbox is empty. The item is of course sent back to where it was purchased due to the fact that no one has picked up. I don't understand where this sms was sent and where the messages that arrive in the mailbox were left knowing when the messages were sent again.
