Product (warranty) examination
The lid of the Electrolux EEWA 7500 kettle broke during operation. I delivered the kettle to the warranty company "Elektronika Service". They accepted it, and after 2 days they called that "everything is fine" and I can pick up the product. I left and upon receipt of the product, it turned out that the warranty for my kettle was denied, because I have not broken it by force, although the broken part / fastener clearly shows signs of poor quality plastic, but the "master" certainly did not notice it and at best not at all. device was unpacked from the box to view it.Well nothing, though, that they thought that because of 60Eur will seem at ease, but this is not the case! I will contact the CRPC and carry out an independent examination to provethat an office of unskilled "masters" like "Elektronika Service" does its best to deny the product warranty even though the signs of a low-quality product are obvious!
