Very poor service
Their mission is "Excellence. Simply Delivered" - with the idea that it is delivered easily and quickly, but in practice it is not possible 2x2 count within a week. A specific case - a shipment with DHL from HONG KONG to Melbourne arrives in 3 working days and it is really fast, but some of it makes sense if you can't receive it - for 4 days I have been dealing with customs clearance, which I do for a similar product in a few hours and half-understandable you can't tell how long it will all take and the tracking page also says on the 4th day: "The planned delivery date is not available now. Please try a little later". You have to sign such a contract,here such a number is needed - as if you could not tell everything clearly and understandably at once and do it half as fast, but you probably can't already. That is, if you want to hang out, choose DHL, if you want to get something fast - better another company.
