Poor Service Warranty Repair
Hello! On April 8, 2019, only the steam broom was handed over for warranty repairs. The receipt indicated the desired repair term on 08.05.2019., which complies with the repair regulations specified in the receipt 7. Paragraph, which states that the goods are in the service for no longer than 30 days. After 08.05.2019, we called the service to find out what the repair status is. It must be said that the service representative was quite rude and explained that the parts have been ordered, and 30 days start counting from the moment the parts are ordered, but usually the parts are delivered within 2 weeks (the system shows that the parts were ordered on 26.04. should be ready). We already found it strange for the customers that they had not called and informed themselves that the details would have to wait so long. After the deadline, we called the service again on 29.05., where the consultant has already harshly praisedthat they know nothing at all and that delivery depends solely on the supplier. At the moment, the repair lasts for almost 2 months, communication with the service is, to put it mildly, not in accordance with the official service, and we would like to understand how long the slot has to wait, because different information is provided during each call.
