Treatment of customers
Loyal customers want to recover money for services not provided and transfer debt immediately to debt collectors. The person has been a regular customer of this sports club for 10 years and has paid them a lot of money. Ever since the owners changed to Estonian MyFitness, the service has become simply awful. The client has not visited this institution for several months and asked for the contract to be terminated, they refuse to do so and invoice for the services not actually provided, in addition to handing it over to the debt collectors. I recommend really holding on to them one piece! I don't know of any other sports club with such a terrible approach.
