Poor service
Today, February 18, 2018, I drove to recharge at Circle K. I refilled at the machine and would like to receive a check for which the machine showed "It is not possible to issue a check", needless to say, this is not the first time. I turned to the operator at the store later with the question of how I could get my check. The operator explained that changes have been made to the system and unfortunately it is not possible to receive a check. I gave a circle to the customer service phone and when I called it I heard that all the operators were busy. After 10 minutes I was able to call and the operator informed that I would receive the check within 4 working days. Now the question is, why can't I get a check right away when I pay for fuel? As a worker in a public authority, then you must immediately bookmark it. And what about the fact that the circle k operator no longer manages check machines and it is impossible to get it? In the past, there was no problem with this, because if the external machine did not give a check, it could be obtained inside the operator, but now this option is denied, how to understand? And as a suggestion I would like to mention the following situation - I, as a person who goes to the filling station only to refill and not to feed hot dogs, spends his time while one operator serves all hot dogs. want and I have to wait to pay for fuel. I suggest setting up a separate cash register where you can only pay for fuel and receive a check, because in the end it's a gas station, not a depot.
